Remote Legal Representation
Maybe traveling to our office to meet with us is not convenient. Perhaps you just prefer to meet somewhere that doesn’t require you to fight Seattle traffic. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be prioritizing your safety by limiting your travel. Whatever the reason, if you want to meet with us somewhere other than our firm, including remotely via phone and video conference, we will make that happen. If your case needs to be heard by an administrative law judge, we may be able to conduct either a video or telephone hearing.
Since 1995 Invictus Legal Services has been holding remote and off-site meetings with clients in their homes, at the hospital, in nursing homes, at coffee shops – anyplace that’s mutually convenient. We do this because we understand living with a disability makes everyday tasks, especially traveling in the Puget Sound region, difficult to navigate, and we wish to make life a little easier. Our goal is to make your experience applying for or appealing a claim for disability benefits seamless and low-stress.
Convenient, Client-Centered Options
Same Day Telephone and Email Returns
We know your time is important to you and the success of your disability claim. At Invictus Legal Services we strive to return emails and telephone calls the same day they are received.
We understand your financial worries as you seek disability benefits. Suffering with a disability often means you are unable to work, which makes money tight. We offer free initial consultations so that you can speak with a Washington State disability attorney about your options and what you can realistically expect when you file for disability benefits, all at no charge to you.
We believe our clients deserve to have access to us at all times. Should you need to make an appointment, share important information with us, or ask a question about your case, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
